Parish Activities and Clubs

TABLE TENNIS
Our Table Tennis Club meets on Monday evenings in the Parish Centre Dunboyne at 7.30 pm. The club is open to players of all ages and abilities.

BOWLING
Following a few years absence a Parish Bowling Club is starting up again in the Parish Centre Dunboyne. The club meets on Tuesday evenings (when playing at home) and have began playing competitive fixtures with some good success so far.

Crafty Y’oaks
Our crafty y’oaks meet in the Oak Centre, Dunboyne on the first Monday of each month at 8pm. You will be sure of a warm welcome as our group knit and crochet.

Active Retirement Group
Our Active Retirement Group has been growing over a number of years giving the opportunity to those who are no longer working to meet together for fun and friendship. The group enjoy trips to different locations on the last Thursday of each month.

Hospitality
One aspect of church of Ireland life that is so important is hospitality. It is great for us to catch up with one another after a Sunday morning service over a cuppa!

St Mary’s Church, Maynooth
We have visiting choirs from abroad every summer and parish fundraising concerts several times throughout the year as well. The Church is also used as a venue for concerts organised by Kildare Arts Committee and small chamber music events from The Music Department, Maynooth University.

St Seachnall’s Church, Dunshaughlin
Fundraising concerts are organised throughout the year on an ad hoc basis .

Rathmolyon Union
Fundraising concerts are organised throughout the year in one of our rural churches.
